The premise of my coaching practice is that by approaching our individual health with a holistic lens, we benefit not only ourselves, but the health of the planet.
I focus on food as medicine and fuel for the body with a focus on organic, wholesome, dairy-free and plant-based eating. I also make consumer choices based on the yoga practice of "ahimsa", or non-violence (choosing cruelty-free products not tested on animals) and opting for natural ingredients over toxins and chemicals. Practising mind-body awareness through yoga is an essential part of managing everyday stress and staying self-empowered to make healthy choices.
In making these choices, not only am I seeing incredible benefits to my health, my vitality, my self-confidence and more, but I carry with me a sense of peace that I am doing what I can for the betterment of our planet. In order to solve the climate crisis and heal its environment, the Earth needs us to limit chemicals and toxins, end factory farming practices, foster more compassion and love as a collective (starting with self-love) and develop a relationship with Mother Nature whereby we live each day like we are interconnected with her, not separate.
